We are now slowly moving out of winter and into spring so I thought I'd share some of favourite looks from A/W 14. I absolutely loved the trends that came out as I think they really reflected what my general style would be like, if I could afford it, because there were so many simple pieces that when put together well, looked great. I saw an endless amount of camel coats, mom jeans, cigarette trousers, knee high boots, polo necks, high waisted pleated trousers, turtle necks, ribbed everything and of course oversized jumpers. I am in desperate need for some sunshine but I will miss the gorgeous clothes the cold seasons bring. Enjoy the last of it while you can!

Yesterday I went to London Fashion Weekend and had a wonderful time. If you haven’t been before I defiantly recommend it! I thought I’d do a little post showing you what I got and some general pictures of the day. I had a silver ticket so had a tote full of goodies and saw the trend show which was presented by Angela Scanlon. I loved some of the leaf prints used in 'Hyper Florals’ and the sued and crochet in ‘That Seventies Show’ (however you will not be seeing me in any flares!). I also surprised myself by liking some of the dresses in ‘Shimmer & Shine’ because that’s usually not my thing. Overall my favourite had to ‘Make it Monochrome’ although it’s not exactly a new trend I loved so many of the pieces they showed! Anyway, I hope you enjoy scrolling through these pictures and thanks for reading this post!
I bought three simple nail varnishes from Maybelline at a really good discount from their pop up
I got these three Essie nail varnishes and Toni and Guy volume spray for free as I subscribed to Elle
These (including an already devoured chocolate) were the lovely treats inside my tote
I bought a pair of black Earnest Sewn jeans, black leather look Acne jeans and a simple grey Splendid top
